Exterior Painting and Staining...

• We will suggest finishes and types of paint or stain, based on clients' requests and application requirements. Samples can be applied, if requested. This will allow the client to see the color on the whole house. The primer coat will be tinted to approximate the color of the finish coat color.
• We will protect all plants, furniture and grills with drop cloths or plastic before we power wash the complete exterior of your home, to remove all loose paint, caulk, debris, mold and mildew.
• We will caulk or apply putty to holes, cracks, and voids, and sand any rough areas.
• We will evaluate the entire exterior and report to our client any rotted, damaged or broken wood that needs replacement. If required, we will make the necessary repairs. This is billed as a time and material rate or a firm price, as agreed to by our client.
• While staining or painting, most areas are brushed and rolled. Spray techniques produce a better finish for some surfaces, like aluminum siding. Occasionally, wood shakes and logs are sprayed and then back brushed.
• We apply a finish coat, if needed, to all trim work including windows, doors, soffits, etc.
• We give a final inspection of the home’s surface condition and make any necessary final touch-ups.
• We always conduct a walk through with the homeowner to ensure satisfaction.
